Event Name Caseflow Management: The Next Generation
Start Date Jul 7, 2021 10:30 AM
End Date Jul 7, 2021 11:45 AM
Duration 1 hour and 15 minutes
Description

As part of the celebration of NCSC’s 50th anniversary, the research division will be taking a deep dive into caseflow management through a series of events, conversations and products over the next year. In the past, courts have approached caseflow management as a strategy for moving cases through the system (i.e., system-centered). However, there is a growing call for courts to approach caseflow management through the user’s point of view (i.e., person-centered). Since NCSC was founded in part around improving and implementing effective caseflow management strategies, along with courts embracing innovations due to the recent pandemic, this webinar will revisit caseflow management to explore what is unfolding for state courts as part of the next generation.

Please join us virtually for the first event in this series at 10:30 ET, Wednesday, July 7. This webinar is open to the court community! Register here.
