Amelia Wright has been the Executive Director of the Judicial College since April 2020. A public servant, she has significant senior leadership and governance experience in central government and the justice system. Prior to joining the Judicial College, she held a number of senior appointments across the Ministry of Justice and Home Office, in legal services, criminal justice, immigration and international policy and operations. Her wider career has included roles as Head of Market Affairs and Public Services in at the Financial Ombudsman Service, and a secondment to the German Interior Ministry.
