NCSC’s first president, Ed McConnell, passed away in 2015. To recognize his contributions to the Center, NCSC President Mary McQueen showcased a pair of his shoes during a CCJ/COSCA luncheon presentation where two other former presidents – Larry Sipes and Roger Warren -- and McQueen shared stories of NCSC’s history.
