| Description | The CDC moratorium is over, and state and local courts across the country are looking for ways to address their eviction dockets. The RRT’s Eviction Diversion Lab invites you to a virtual policy briefing tomorrow, Wednesday, September 1, at 3 p.m. EST, with senior officials from the White House, including Gene Sperling, director of the American Rescue Plan efforts. Speakers will offer insights and answer questions concerning recent U.S. Treasury Department guidance on how Emergency Rental Assistance funding can support court-based eviction diversion, mediation, navigators and civil legal services.
