Court Performance Standards with CourTools, Fundamentals of Caseflow Management, Managing Court Financial Resources, Project Management for Courts, and Purposes & Responsibilities of Courts are available in a self-study online format. Participants complete video lessons and readings, then submit exercises for review and grading by ICM Faculty.
Managing Human Resources is being revised, and the new version of the course, entitled Workforce Management, will be available later in 2023.
