Robert Phipps
Robert Phipps joined the National Center for State Courts’ Research Division as a Program Specialist in May of 2018. In March of 2021, Phipps transferred to the Human Resources Division as a Payroll Specialist.
Robert Phipps has a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.
