This study examines the Massachusetts Trial Courts efforts to launch Project NORTH, a program that provides "access to recovery support navigation, transportation, and certified sober housing for court-involved individuals impacted by substance abuse." This work is made possible through a three-year, $6 million COSSUP grant.
