The Doctor is In offers the court community an opportunity to speak with one or more of NCSC’s court services professionals on any desired court topic, for no charge and with no further obligation.

The purpose of these free consultations is to target one specific challenge that is being faced by your court or other organization. Participants are given an opportunity to explain their role, their work culture, their current challenge, and their thoughts about potential solutions. Concurrently, NCSC professional offers insights, related experiences, potential solutions, and opportunities for solutions, networking, technical assistance, and/or strategic planning with the goal of solving the challenge in an efficient and manageable manner.

What is the format?

The Doctor is In provides an online, one-on-one opportunity to seek a solution consultation to a business problem. This is not a seminar or class that you attend, it is an online meeting and personalized consulting opportunity. We are focused exclusively on you and your court’s challenge during that time. However, you are welcome to include one or more of your colleagues in the discussion.

How long will my session be?

Consultation time slots are typically around 60 to 90 minutes.

How do I make an appointment?

To schedule an online meeting, please email a request.

In your message, please describe your business problem, and provide your top three favored time slots. We will respond to you with a follow-up email and Zoom meeting invitation.

How should I prepare for the online meeting?

Prior to your meeting, you are welcome to email relevant information and visual aids that may help your discussion.  You will also have the ability to share your screen during the online meeting.
