Conference Location & Hotel:
The 2024 CLAC Conference will be held in Cincinnati, Ohio, at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, located at 2925 Campus Green Dr., Cincinnati, Ohio 45221.
Room stays will be held at the Graduate hotel, located at 151 Goodman Dr., Cincinnati, Ohio 45219.
The block of rooms for our group is open from Saturday, May 18 to Thursday May 23, 2024 at a rate of $156.00/night for a single or double room. If you are not getting this rate, please contact Allissia Bandin at abandin@ncsc.org.
The deadline to make your reservation at the group rate is April 29, 2024.
Online Hotel Reservations:
Once you register for the conference via the registration link provided by LASS, you will receive a confirmation email which provides a link to the hotel registration page for our group. If your organization will be writing a check for your registration fee rather than using a credit card, please select 'pay by check' when registering and continue to complete your registration. This will ensure you receive the confirmation email with the link to the hotel reservation page.
Transportation & Directions:
The major airport connection to Cincinnati is the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), approximately 13 miles from Cincinnati, Ohio.
The hotel is approximately 0.4 miles from the conference hall, which is an estimated 10 minute walk.
